We have solved katie's case through various different conversations and presenting of evidence. We have concluded that katie had believed that she was being negatively copy catted. This was actual the orb to dissuade her from having a career and or anything. This was noted when she would make something or she would have something in her life happen that was positive that was followed by this occurrence.

Her inability to have open proper dialogue were real barriers to communication and from a high risk her own life and the lives of others; katie still communicated with the authorities but was unable to in a way that was effective. This was a closed door military case that was made in conjunction with witness testimony and presenting of evidence. Many people had their say which was the equivalent of "chaos" being too much to handle and to avoid dangers. All people were guilty themselves but all people could have been approached directly but weren't.

We have concluded that anyone encouraging this deadly trend will be personal liable. We have closed the conversation and the police are now made aware of the problem. We are also aware that media has a tendency to increase the way this could be perceived we have also noted their participation. Any further cases if any will be dealt with by the police.
